Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: April 10, 2025

We want you to love your purchase from YOUNG & SICK. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refund Details

We offer a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

YOUNG & SICK currently ships to customers within North America (United States & Canada).

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
